Called CompAndSave because my new printer cartridge didn’t fit my printer. Upon speaking with Ken Daniel, he informed me there is a safety cap over the cartridge strip. SO HAPPY for the simple “fix”. I also thanked him for the Company sending a Packing Slip that was self-explanatory with Company Name, Address and Contact Phone Number at the top of the Slip so the customer doesn’t have to search the fine print at the bottom of the Slip. I’ll definitely order again and recommend your Company!
