I have been taking my cats and dog to this vet for two years now and have always received the best care. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and seem to care greatly about my animals. They are often able to fit in appointments same day or very last minute which helps put my mind at ease that my animals are getting timely care. I would definitely recommend this vet to a friend!

Dr. Chaffin and staff were compassionate, knowledgeable and very accommodating!! Our Corgi Sophie had a fatty tumor removed and a had a dental cleaning plus a tooth extraction recently. She is back to chasing down her frisbee in the snow! All of her pain and discomfort issues are gone!! Thank you Dr. Ken and everyone at Companion Animal Care Center!!!!!

They took great care of us and our miniature schnauzer when he needed surgery. Professional, courteous, and skilled. We were very satisfied with the care given our dog and us.

My poor dog had bloody diarrhea on New Years Eve. Every place was booked including CACC, but they fit us in and got him the meds he needed before the holiday break. Very thankful they were accommodating and willing to answer all of my questions! He is already feeling a lot better!

I’ve waited two weeks to post this, to allow myself to reign in my emotions. But I still today believe some sensitivity training for the staff could go a long way. After 12 loyal years of our sweet border collie by our side, and 12 loyal years of coming here and only here for his needs without any issue of payment once, the news that we should put him down (late lymphoma, there were virtually no signs until it was too late) was immediately followed up with “and how would you like to pay for that?” as we are absolutely bawling. Seriously? Put a bill in the mail. Call tomorrow. Any other way of handling it would have been more appropriate. When the time comes for another dog, deep consideration will be done before we return here, as in that moment it felt that our dog and our pain did not matter to them, which is obviously the absolute opposite experience that is expected from a vet. What a shame.
