I was so pleased to switch to Compass Energy after having used another large propane supplier for some time. It's hard to write a review when no one shows up or calls at the scheduled time. Everyone deserves a second chance and this was it. The first experience was a re-schedule and then 45 minutes late. I will take my business elsewhere.
We purchased two American Standard heat pump units from Compass Energy; a 2 ton unit for our home and a 1 ton ductless unit for our garage. Both units have far exceeded our expectations as far as efficiency in heating and cooling and especially in decreasing our power consumption (and consequently our electric bill). If you are looking for a friendly, reliable company to supply you with a quality heat pump, we recommend you give Compass Energy a call.
