I ordered oil through CashHeatingOil.com on 1/22/21 and received a call immediately from Compass Energy out of New Britain CT who took my credit card info and said they were to deliver the same day on 1/22/21. They never delivered or called. I tried calling Compass Energy on several times as i was running low during the week of 1/25, they never answered the phone or returned a call from messages sent. I emailed CashHeatingOil.com on 1/28 and their response was that Compass Energy never missed a delivery before. Now on 2/1 I am out of oil and CashHeatingOil.com states that the driver called me and told me they did not deliver to my town. Nobody from Compass Energy ever called me except on 1/22/21 to take my credit card info. Wouldn't that have been the appropriate time to tell me they don't deliver to my town?
