If you come here be prepared to wait per a half a hour in the cold or rain outside in line! This place used to be top notch, but ever since covid started things have changed a lot like expected. What I was not expecting is this company showing 0 care about their customers as they allow you to freeze in line outside to h ave access to your medicine! Why am I complaining about this? Because it’s been 2 months since it started getting cold and this ppl have done nothing to accommodate their clients or speed up they wait time. Some ppl might think this post won’t justify, but when you have to wait over half a hour in 30 degrees weather in a line it goes to show that this company became the most careless of all! This company makes soo much money! The lease they could do is to have a plastic tunnel where at least the wind won’t be blowing you away or the rain won’t be pooping over you!
Full inventory rarely available but, the good people at CCC-CT are nice enough to make suggestions on alternative products to reach the same medical goal.
This is the worst dispensary in ct, you will have to wait at least a hour to get inside, and there always messing up orders, if your thinking of making this your dispensary, I strongly advise you not too,
Knowledgeable caring staff, large inventory. Always makes my day. The staff is just as effective as the medicine.
