Excellent service. My appointment was via Zoom, and every person I spoke with was polite and informative. They answered my questions, encouraged me to do more research, and provided me with several tools to get started. They are a great resource to utilize and I recommend them.

Been waiting on my card for 3 months due to mailing issues. Thought to call the Dr to see about getting a extension but the girl I talked to told me that they did their job and couldn't help me then proceeded to hang up on me. Apparently she doesn't know where her paycheck comes from. This was my 2nd and last time I will be using them for my yearly certification.

After a few initial hiccups with getting my medical records over to them and some audio problems during my telemedicine visit. Overall the experience was good. I would recommend this company for anyone looking to see if CBD/MMJ is something that would benefit their treatment plan. I suffer from disc degenerative issues and several herniated discs with tears and no longer wanted to continue to put chemicals in my body. Has been great for my my pain and inflammation. Aldo their CBD line is great.

Currently waiting for over a half an hour for my appointment. Other gentleman has been waiting over an hour past his appointment. If you are going to charge a no show fee but then waste hours of your patients time you should really refund our costs. Edit. Now waiting over an hour. Edit: Now they are seeing people who had appointments after mine. Edit: Now sitting in a room waiting. About 1.5 hours wait now.
