We used Complete Stairs for our home. There was a problem that showed up one year later. They sent out a repair specialist that diagnosed the problem. They had to replace our stairs to resolve the issue. They did so immediately with no argument. Stood behind their product and performance. They did what needed to be done to make the job right. I highly reccommend this company and would certainly use them again in the future.

I bought 12 stair treads last week. One was defective and it broke in half on glue line when installed. I sent my nephew to get a replacement, but they made him pay for a new stair tread. As far as I’m concerned this business should be avoided at all cost.
