Complete Care Medicine has always helped my family get in fast when we needed to see the doctor. Jenna Hilton is awesome! I would highly recommend them for a family Doctor if you live near Gilbert AZ.

This used to be a great primary care facility. Now, since they merged with village medical, it is a nightmare. I haven't been able to get a refill on my prescriptions in almost a month. I have called, text, and called some more. Finally they said they would send the refill to my pharmacist, but after 3 days the pharmacist still hasn't received it. I called village medical and they said they lost all my info for pharmacist and insurance during the merger. But no one bothered to notify me. 25 days without my meds, because they cant do their jobs right. They refuse to let me speak to an office manager, just gave me some e mail to write too. I will be filing a complaint with the arizona medical board.

I followed Heather Smith from a previous provider when she joined the staff of Complete Care Medicine, because she was one of the few medical-care providers who takes the time to really listen and understand a patient's situation, and will do whatever it takes to make things right. Now she's the primary-care provider for both my wife and I, and we wouldn't have it any other way. She and the rest of the staff are superb. Highly recommended.

Have been seeing NP, Heather Smith and have been pleased until today. She was rushing through a telemed appt with my young adult daughter, was not personable and very unprofessional. It's like she had never met my daughter before. Was a wasted appointment for my daughter. We will be seeking a new provider. Must have been having a bad day, but a patient should not suffer because of that.
