As the Poggenphl German cabinet distributor for the Hawaiian Islands for 7 years and a Miele appliance dealer, logistics are critical to completing our Poggenpohl kitchens projects. Aloha Freight Forwarders consistently goes above and beyond the standards of the industry and help us look like a rock star to our clients. Because the consolidation and forwarding service is so excellent we are regularly bringing in our client's additional items, like furnishings, tile, etc. Forwarding service to the islands is 8-13 days depending on which sailing cutoff is made. The local delivery firms on each island are just as caring and considerate as AFF. We are grateful for their services.

I've used this company numerous times and all my shipments arrived on time with no damages. The process is simple, easy and smooth. The staff is outstanding, very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company for shipments to Hawaii.
When I need to ship a single box or a pallet of boxes to Hawaii Aloha Freight is who I use. The dock staff are very helpful but if you don't know the system it can be a little intimidating. My advice is to flag down the first person you see at the loading dock and they will tell you what to do. Your first trip may require 10-15 minutes to drop the goods off but subsequent visits will be much faster. The drop off takes place at the freight dock beyond the guest and staff parking area. Once you arrive you will need to head up the stairs and sign in. The staff will provide you with a shipping form to complete and then will measure the item(s) and weigh it. You can then pay for the shipment with the accounting staff inside the office. Most shipments require 7 to 10 days for delivery after it sails... so call first and make sure you know the dropoff cutoff time. The time and days vary depending on the island the shipment is headed to.
