The receptionist was very rude. Im not on parole, nor do I have an agent. I was calling for more information about a contract I have thru the parole office. The receptionist was unprofessional and very snappy. The receptionist cut off my words, thinking she knows it all, quickly transferred me. It's not the Agents, it's the receptionist. First of all this because you work in a black community I don't think a black woman should talk to a person that way anyway I am black as well I live in a different city than you and I wanted to check on my son and this woman is telling me about call and then I just want to put your kids back in the system or put your adult child back in the prison where they should be and let them try it out for a few days or a few years something should be done about it who's your agent and who's this who's is his agent I'm like I don't know that's why I'm calling you operator to find out who is his agent because it's not in my phone anymore and this is the first time that he has to come there to do some things or second time and you guys had a watch out for your families as well cuz they would try to get you in trouble and lie and lie to get your kid in trouble a but my son is now free Behind Bars and that's y your son is just getting started baby who made it to free time visit anyone so you need to pray about it I hope that he make it out of there Tanya family members that suckers and don't want to see other people family members get anywhere in life
