Average customer service. We purchased our carpet a year ago and it is terrible quality. It has already gone flat and faded and any little thing stains it. I take care of it and vacuum several times a week but it just never looks clean. Theres marks on it and I don't even know what from. Definitely won't be purchasing from them again. It was cheap, so you get what you pay for unfortunately.

We have requested carpet change in apartment that we have recently moved and Property Management has contracted this company to install new carpet on our patio. We’ve had a few stuff on patio and we kept them there because there was no mention of removing thing from patio. If I count there will be couple of outdoor chairs, a small table and outdoor small cabinet. My have asked them politely to put on shoe covers when the 2 installers denied first and then finally after long conversation they put them on. My wife is is delivering a baby tomorrow just in case. after these guys just didn’t want to move anything without being paid. no mentioning in the beginning to empty the place. Then they said there is a flat fee but if we are willing to pay cash they will fo it for 40. dude its couple chairs and cabinet. We asked them to leave and then we were told it will be 50 charge for rescheduling. While all this was happening these guys were staring at my wife talking in Spanish and laughing. What wrong with this business that doesn’t know how to interact with customers. There is a business ethics and they should be aware of that, even they just have came out of the jungle. This company needs to teach their installers how to communicate and act while with customers. At the end my almost 9 month pregnant wife and 76 years old woman moved everything in to the room and it took just 15 minutes. I felt bad because I couldn’t be there. But this business is definitely going into black list with all my resources known
