Del Rey Paving was awarded a contract to install a ADA handicap parking stall by Pera Tile. While installing the handicap stall the customer came out and told me, she wanted us to do the work her way. I told her that I was to install the handicap per ADA standards because I the contractor liable for the work performed, when the time came for payment she told us to get out of the property and told me she wasn't going to pay me, because I didn't do it her way. Del Rey Paving has taken action and put a lien on the property and what we found in the progress is that she doesn't even own the property. ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH "PERA TILE" BEWARE SHE WASN'T HONEST WITH US, SO WHY WOULD SHE BE HONEST WITH YOU...CUSTOMER "BEWARE"...........I DIDN'T WANT TO ADDRESS THIS ISSYE ANYMORE AND I THOUGHT IT WAS ALL BEHIND US, BUT I GUESS NOT....THIS CUSTOMER KIND OF REMINDS ME OF A SNAKE IN TALL GRASS LYING IN WOLF... SHE HAS NOW POSTED ANOTHER REVIEW AFTER NINE MONTHS, WOW TOU CAN GO BACK AND REVIEW EVERYTHING FOR YOURSELF.....ALL I WANT TO SAY IS LOOK OVER OUR REVIEWS AND SEE FOR YOURSELF....WE TAKE PRIDE IN OUR WORK, AND WE DO GOOD WORK AND OUR RECORD SPEAKS FOR ITSELF....AND REMEMBER WE'VE BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE 1950....IF WE WERE DOING SHOTTY WORK WE WOULDN'T STILL BE IN BUSINESS, NOW WOULD WE.....I HOPE ALL OF YOU HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS AND TRULY A HAPPY NEW YEAR.....
