The prices are amazing, I got the Bearded Dragon pack and my beardie loved the large variety. Definitely prefer ordering from here vs a pet store, only thing is it takes a while to come in because of COVID but it's definitely worth the wait. Everything comes packaged very nicely, and all the insects were alive. Amazing service and quality, will continue shopping here again and again!

My order never arrived and the tracking information was never updated. When I contacted FedEx, they told me it was never in their possession. When you call, Rainbow doesn't offer an option to speak to someone via phone. You can only email or text. Rainbow continues to blame FedEx. They say packages are scanned at pickup but cannot explain what happened here. This will be my first and last order from Rainbow Mealworms. After posting a negative review, the owner, Gillian Spence, responded by posting my telephone number online for anyone to see. Gillian could have at least taken the time to remove my personal information if she felt the need to post the transcript. I think this speaks volumes about her and her company. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

If you have any need for feeder insects, Rainbow Mealworms is your best bet! As a keeper of several different reptiles, I purchase all my insects through RMW and am beyond satisfied every time. No dead bugs or excess poop, shipping is fast and convenient, and you can't beat the price. They provide plenty of food for the hornedworms which just a huge plus. They will continue to receive my business for years to come. Highly recommend!
