The wait time is usually about an hour after your appointment and if you try to make an appointment they never have anything until the next month. Walk ins aren't allowed some days even if you need attention right away. They mess up medication a lot or just forget to send it to the pharmacy altogether. Some doctors do pay some attention but end up just prescribing stuff without fully addressing the issue. Then there are some that fully do not care and have the worst manners and shouldn't be working with people at all. I gave 2 stars because their online portal lets you see all your info and test results.

So sadly frustrated and disappointed in the service, professionalism, and healthcare I received at St John's. I've been here on 3 different occasions and on each occasion they seem to get more incompetent and less helpful. Under know condition will I ever come back to this clinic.
Very unprofessional staff, I went in for a yearly check up August, got some lab work done. Everything was okay until I had to get referred go an ultrasound imaging center. It took St. Johns (1 month) to get ultrasound record, besides them taking more than 1 month, I had to personally call the imaging center and personally give them the fax number to send ultrasound to my physician. It has been 1 week since I sent that information over, never received a call or voicemail to schedule a new appointment to speak to my physician. This is unbelievable and besides having to do their job when I am not in understanding of the medical field.
The waiting is too long even if you just come for a blood drop. They open at 8:30am and get their lunch at 12pm and come back at 1pm and knowing you're going o ly for a blood drop and ypu haven't eat. And if you come as a walk in prepare yourelf to wait up to 6 hrs to see the doctor. They're so unorganized and unprofessional.
So unprofessional, they leave you waiting on the phone for over an after you’ve called before twice and have been the “number 1” on the waiting call.
