Lance & Scott were very professional with repairing my laptop fan even though had to install it twice as the first fan was defective. They met all my expectations & I will do business with them again. It's nice to actually work with someone in person rather than searching on line for help. Thanks

I know nothing about computers so when mine misbehaves I panic. I called Computer Nerds...so very glad I did. Dakota met me at the door with a big smile, a genuine desire to help me out and a wealth of knowledge to get the job done. Even though it still has some underlying issues, Dakota did manage to get it working for me right then so I could at least take it home to finish what I was working on when it died....all for no charge. I'm taking it back to him tomorrow so he can diagnose the problem and get it fixed. GREAT customer service, AWESOME pricing and genuinely nice, helpful people. Go in and see for yourself... you won't be sorry.

We were having computer problems and took our laptop to Computer Nerds Kingman, AZ. It was the best of choices. I had them check it out and do another test to find more about what could be wrong. During all this I was treated super nice and they explained what they were doing and all of my questions answered and so that this old man could understand it. Scott went above and beyond to make sure I was happy!!
