I went in here to get my computer fixed and they said sure no problem. I call in about a week later and they say yep, your computer is all done, you can come pick it up whenever. Great! So I come in, they give me my computer to look over, and say that will be 100. Seems more than reasonable. I look over my computer and I notice something strange. All my files and programs are gone... I inquire about this because surely I must be missing something. He looks at me and casually says \oh yeah all your files and programs were corrupted and we couldn't restore them\. Then he starts talking to another customer. Like, what..The only reason I got this five year computer fixed was for the files and program. I have a lot of important stuff on here. If that were the case then shouldn't you have told me during the process. Not casually tell me last minute when I go to pick up my computer. But I complain, and he's like okay I will try and retrieve some of your files.Just let me know which ones you need. I say \okay that would be great Just so you know I am moving to Milwaukee in 3 weeks for good and need it before then\. I send constant reminders that I need my computer before I go. I even come in in person to remind him. He says okay, whatever. The day before I leave and the day I leave I call a total of 5 times and they never pick up (this was during open hours). I have never heard from them again since and who knows where my computer is now. Probably scrapped it for pieces. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
