I highly recommend Comtex, Inc. for your video surveillance needs. I'm a homeowner who had a problem with vandalism. Within a week of the installation of the 8 video cameras that Comtex had installed around my house, we caught the perpetrator on camera. The management and installers of Comtex were professional, accommodating and friendly at every turn.

Our office started to use comtex and wildix and we have been working remotely for 6 months due to the pandemic and he still are and it has been so helpful for our Law firm we are so happy with the system and the company. Anne and Cherly have help us so much with our phone systems and eFax. I recommend them very highly, great customer service. You won't regret if you decide in getting their Wildix system.
Thank goodness for Comtex and the Wildix system they installed right before the pandemic hit. They installed a Wildix system for our medical office; we have 2 locations connected. The system has been great since the beginning, however, we had to go through this pandemic to realize how helpful and versatile this system is. The pandemic caused us to move 90% of our in house operations off site. We have been able to work from home almost seamlessly. The online platform and mobile app is really amazing and allows all of us to be connected all the time, getting all the calls, in a time that we are depending on it for 90% of our appointments. We were serving our patients via telemedicine and thanks to Clearfly portal we were sending them all the appointment information and instruction via text message, which makes it easier for them, than regular email communication. I truly believe that the success of telemedicine would not have been possible if we didn't have the correct communication platform. I would also like you to extend the thank you note to Anne for her support and prompt response anytime that we have needed to update a recording or any other set up change. I will truly recommend you to anyone in the medical field or with a business with multiple interconnected locations or that have some employees working off site, who is looking for a reliable, up to date, cost effective and efficient communication solution.
