The Great Satan

This place is amazing. I've never been there but Google seems to think I have so I'm going to give it a very good rating. I literally didn't even know that people still repair their shoes. I've never had a pair of shoes that were so good that when they broke I thought I should repair them. There's me being stupid and buying new shoes!

I take my Danskos to Concept at the end of winter. I have them cleaned & polished (one pair is suede, one leather), and they look brand new when I pick them up. This time, after 5 or 6 years of wear, they're getting re-soled. I'm so happy with the work done here that I won't go anywhere else. Good shoes are worth taking care of-and the cobbler @ Concept is top notch.

they saved my boots!!!!!!! I had gotten tons of red deck paint all over my 20 eye leather doc martens and they were able to restore my boots to new! I went in to have my zipper fixed and they told me they could restore my boots, so I had them do both. The laces couldn't be salvaged due to the paint, but that doesn't matter, the boots look amazing! They are magicians!

He worked really hard to make sure we had a good assessment of what size and dimension shoe I needed. He dig into the catalogues and his inventory to find shoes that met what I needed and the look I wanted. We ended up having order a pair from the company. I was not able to get back up to his shop by the time they came in, so he arranged to have them mailed down to my house for a reasonable fee.
