The BEST OBGYN. My husband is in the military and thus we have had to move around a lot. I have flown back from other states to receive care here, that is how good they are. They have always called me back quickly if I had concerns and scheduled me in quickly for acute visits. I am in healthcare and can assure you they are great!

Look elsewhere for OBGYN Clinics. As a doctor myself I was highly disappointed at the level of staff rudeness and unprofessionalism. The clinic had recorded my phone number wrong so did not send any directions or correspondence onto how to get to my appointments. Since the clinic embedded within a hospital I got lost and arrived at my appointment exactly 15 minutes after start time. Although I called several times asking for directions I was never told that I would not be seen. When I express that my phone number was taken down incorrectly and I had not received directional correspondence I was told athough that is their clerical error there’s nothing to be done given current provider was overwhelmed following a death in the family of another provider and having to take on extra patients. The front desk staff, Maggie, also said it was my fault for entering In the wrong building although this is the address that’s listed for this clinic There are plenty providers in this area and I recommend you look there. Also the dated office is embedded within the hospital which concerns me for COVID-19 risk. Please look for a standalone OB/GYN clinic as I will.

If I could give \0 Stars\ I would- A \1 Star\ rating is higher than what I wanted to share. If you are a female seeking guidance or looking for answers for GYN-related issues- do not waste your time here. No one cares about you or the reason for your visit. It will take DAYS (in my experience, at least 3 days) for a return phone call from a nurse and MONTHS to make an appointment (because they are 'short staffed'- poorly run practice!). Nursing and doctoral staff are severely lacking bedside manner and rush you out the door as soon as they see you. Will dodge your questions and make you feel insignificant and stupid for asking them. What a shame- seek other offices-

Great prenatal support, terrible birthing midwife. My wife’s labor was going perfectly until the midwife had to break her water at 9cm, causing the birth to go so quickly that my wife had a second degree tear and my baby had bruising all over his face. She also pulled my baby out instead of allowing the contractions to do their job. The midwife then decided to yank at the umbilical cord to get the placenta out causing it to come out in pieces and lots of clotting. There is no need to manage a labor that’s going perfectly well. It felt like she wanted to get it over with so she could go home. We will seek alternatives if we have another baby.
