Not once over the course of a year having an indoor unit with this place have the doors to my unit actually closed properly (they have keypads for security but the doors remain ajar if not pulled shut). I’ve complained about this three separate times over the past year, but my unit is still unsecured. The ladies at the front desk are courteous and know what they’re doing, but it seems their hands are tied by management to actually get issues corrected. Would not recommend. Pay more to get better security elsewhere.

Samantha ,who works in the office, offered up the most professional and friendly service I never expected. By far a dedicated worker who goes out of her way to ensure every customer is taken care of. I highly recommend this storage site solely because of her customer service!!

Very professional and courteous front office staff. Registration for storage was a seamless effort. Storage facility options are unmatched in the area. I highly recommend this location for all storage needs.
