Her pricing is VERY aggressive and she is always willing to work with us to be sure our needs are met. The equipment is always second to none, and in new or near new condition. Our company has gone through Kyla the corporate rental coordinator for many different pieces of equipment and she never disappoints. It’s not common today to experience someone taking pride in their job but Kyla is one of the few who always goes above and beyond for the customer. We cant recommend her enough.
Northland delivered our 3 JCB loaders this week that we added to our fleet, and today Josh and Mike came by to give our staff a primer on operations and maintenance. Even though the sale and delivery had completed, the customer service continued! We received a fair price, a great product, and great service, what's not to like? We do business with a wide variety of equipment suppliers, and Northland is top-notch!
Absolute worst company to work with Sales manager completely lied about equipment purchases on pricing and service. Highly recommend never using them
