AMAZING I absolutely love this shop. Beautiful crystals, with such a large variety. The owner is SO nice and knowledgeable. As well as inspirational, he even inspired me to just go for it and open my own crystal shop! I feel so safe and at home the energy in the shop is truly magical. This shop truly has my heart forever! I am so blessed to be able to have such an amazing experience!

Wide selection of stones. Customer service is just okay. Some sales people care to assist more than others. The cards for the stones are hand written, some have spelling errors and inaccurate property descriptions. Some with the spelling of of the stone itself incorrect, some stones have no info card at all, so I suggest you that you google the name to get accurate info. I felt uncomfortable shopping in the store. Staff had their noses out of their masks, the heat was on full blast and they kept the door closed. This store is very small and social distancing is impossible. There was at least 12 people inside at once and they insisted on keeping the door closed and the heat blasting. I'm not even going to address the wait time to pay for items. The manager needs to train his staff. It was disappointing.
GREAT PEOPLE GREAT PLACE I WOULD TELL THE WORLD even tho I will have to wait in line longer by telling the world!!! I love everything about this PLACE. ROCKS ARE BEAUTIFUL and so are these people!! From the 1st time being at this place i was waited on by a man don't remember exactly how long ago it was but every visit to this place is actually magical calming just wonderful experience even the customers are pleasant it's a serine comfort zone atmosphere. This is my first time visiting this store and it was an amazing experience! Savannah (I hope I spelled your name correctly sorry if I did not) was so kind and helpful and insightful. She has an amazing aura to her and made my visit very special. She gave extremely helpful recommendations and listened to me/what I needed since I was shopping for my best friend who experienced the loss of a family member. The prices also feel very reasonable and this store has a really vast selection for crystals/stones. I highly recommend this store. They are extremely welcoming to ewbies\ like me, and give very helpful advice and insight. The most amazing customer service! Thank you again. Many blessings -Tatiana.
You will find magic here, and loving guides to help you find what you need. The shop itself is tucked away in a corner, so it's quiet & feels like you're stepping into a whole different world. You are. There are more types of incense than I've ever seen in one place together before -- including the ever-elusive backflow cones & incense coils. If fire & scent are part of your practices, you will be like a kid in a candy store. The people here are simply magic. That's literally all you need to know. Go with an open heart & a mind that is ready to allow in the light. Luna helped me find the stones (pic below) that I didn't know I needed until I held them, and provided knowledge on how to work with them in my practices. There is a beautiful selection of crystals & knowledgeable guides to help you choose the right tools to better yourself. The layout is open, inviting, welcoming, & well-lit, & because the shop is tucked away in the corner, it's also a little cooler, which makes it a fantastic place to explore. Aquarian Era is a beautiful space, with a higher purpose, & you will be glad that you visited. PS -- if you get a print receipt, there's a fortune on the bottom of it!
