Mark restored both of my favorite pocket watches — one of which apparently needed a new part that was very hard to find. He came up with it in any case, and had both watched running beautifully when I came to pick them up. His pricing was reasonable, repair time was within the expectations he set at the outset, and the result was highly satisfactory. For antiques long out of production, allow the time needed to get the job done right. It’s not like just changing a battery! Terrible experience! I went in to repair my favorite watch and was told it needed a new inner mechanism. After a few weeks it was done and I noticed after a few hours that it did not work. I was told to bring it back and this time it took a few weeks until I could pick it up. I again noticed after a few hours that it was not working yet again. This time Mr.Yusko told me that he had in matter of fact not changed the inner mechanism that he had charged me for, but had only swapped a small part due to it's \complicated/flawed design\. He told me that there was nothing else he could do and that it was just not meant to be. I am deeply disappointed in the fact that he took my money for replacing parts and was unable to either repair what he had told me was going to be an easy fix or at least give me my money back to try to get it repaired somewhere else.
