We had a great experience purchasing our camper. Eric, our salesman worked really hard to find us something that worked for our family and our finances. He was patient and attentive through the whole process. Dan, our liaison was so friendly and made sure we connected with everyone that we needed to during the process. Vince, our trailer tech was thorough, knowledgeable and patient with teaching us about our new camper and finally Renee, was kind and knowledgeable with our retail process. Thanks everyone!

Wow, I was well taken care of and extremely happy with our new camper. Danny Dixon was more than gracious as we explored all options for us. I would highly recommend camping world to others and expect to visit again.

The service we have received from this Camping World is the worst service I have ever received anywhere. We had a tire blowout in October. They had our trailer for over two months. When we finally were able to pick it up, the repair work that was completed was sub-par, there was major work that had not been touched, and we were charged for items we wanted to have done outside our claim but they never did the work. On top of that, we discovered several hundred dollars worth of stuff that had been stolen from inside of the trailer. The GM brushed it off that there had been a string of break-ins in the lot, never apologized for it, and never offered to make it right. After going back and forth with the service manager, I thought we were on the right track, but that quickly fell apart. The only time we ever got an update was when I reached out. A month later we had another service call to fix the outstanding work at our house. The morning of, they called and said a transporter was going to bring the trailer to them instead. I agreed that was fine, but it had to be done in a timely fashion. Luckily the transporter had my number because he called me 45 minutes away from my house the next day bringing the trailer back home at 7:30 on Friday night. We received ZERO communication from Camping World. And shocking, the major work is still not done! And we still haven’t been refunded for the work we were charged for that was not done. I have worked in customer service for 23 years, and this is unlike anything I have ever encountered. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with how we have been treated. I come from a family of campers, there are 4 trailers and 2 motor homes, all purchased at Camping World, but we will have a hard time continuing to support after this ridiculousness. Don’t bring your trailer for service to this place.

Camping world staff during my check out in the accessories dept was wonderful. Helpful, friendly and smiling you can certainly tell this young lady is a people person and enjoys her job.

They have had my trailer there for 7 weeks and nothing was done until yesterday and they did exactly what I asked them not to paint over rust instead of removing parts to sand and properly treat the metal the shop manager said he was gonna do it like he wanted to instead of as I asked, being I am a retired automotive paint rep for 8 years and the paint rep for the Statesville camping world i think I'm very qualified to tell them the correct way it needs to be repaired. They still have not done the things that need to be done and I've been LIED TOO more times than I can count and I can't eat another piece of bull that I'm fed from these people especially after I was called today and told your trailer is done and ready for pickup so I went to look at it tonight to really see what they did which is nothing as asked. If you look at these pictures does this look like quality workmanship, what has taken the 7 weeks to do this shoty work and now I'm told the table part they ordered was the wrong part and I was told it came in 2 weeks ago so yes this tells me it's just one more LIE!!!
