Dennis Duquette was able to bring the cost of the vehicle being purchased, down substantially, after a final price had already been agreed upon. The same with my trade in value of my old vehicle being traded in with over 120,000 miles . He was able to give us hundreds more to keep our payments where we wanted it. Very hassle free comfortable experience.

I was in the market for a new car and had been doing research. I wanted to do as much as possible remotely as I get fed up sitting hours on end in a dealership. Came across an offering from Concord Nissan and read about the dealership and the claim that they are a different kind of dealership. Well I have heard that before and I have found them all to be the same. Well, much to my surprise...this was a much better experience than I have had buying a car. Worked with Warren and Dennis, who were both great! I got a fair trade and price and all was done over the phone. When it came to signing and taking delivery they had everything set and waiting for me. I was literally in and out in 15 minutes! AMAZING!! I will definitely be looking to Concord Nissan in the future and would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a better car buying experience (cliche but true in my experience).

Amazing customer service experience start to finish. Due to the pandemic, I did not want to spend a lot of time in a car dealership. Jamie negotiated with me via email. It was wonderful. There was absolutely no pressure. When I arrived at the dealership to test drive the vehicle I was not in love with the vehicle. Jamie helped me find one I loved and wanted to make sure I left the dealership happy. You have a forever customer. Thank you for the amazing customer even during a pandemic.
