I’d have to say I was highly impressed and surprised at the service I received. Typically with storage places they never answer or are short and rude. Dealing with Ms.Ciera( hope I spelled it right). It’s was definitely unexpected. She was very helpful, whatever question I ask or thing I needed she was able to do it. And she was super friendly I appreciate that.
Cierra was very friendly and professional; she made my move in day experience extremely easy and quick. Kat was also very helpful and professional. I had a problem a couple days earlier with renting a unit online; Kat took care of my concerns, and provided me with the information that I needed. This is the second time that I have rented a unit here. I am very satisfied with the facility and the Customer Service.
Stopped in on a whim and Ciera greeted us immediately. Asked all the right questions and helped us decide exactly what we needed. Definitely will recommend to everyone. Thanks Ciera for being so awesome!
