I had my irrigation valves replaced by H2O Matic in December 2018 and found the new valve leaking in June 2020. The sprinkler heads replaced by them are not functioning now, just after one use season. When called them in July for further repair, the representative said they are no longer providing irrigation services. The owner reached out in August and explained they don’t have irrigation technicians to service my irrigation system, however, “if anything we installed, isn’t working within the year service warranty we offered, we will be glad to change it under warranty”. It would be great if the representative who answered the call clarified this way.
