I’ve been a Kirby owner since 2006, just bought the newest model from this location. Now I have 3. The owners, Rick and Laurie are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I see some reviews that aren’t always “5 star” but I know for a fact if there were any issues with service of a machine that wasn’t up to par and brought to their attention, it would have been corrected no questions asked. I trust the owners 100%.

We have relied on our KIrby Sentria II for several years without any issues. One day the on/off switch just didn't work. I took it to Kirby of Concord to have it serviced. They suggested a service special for less than 90. I was given a loaner machine while mine was repaired. The service included a thorough inspection and cleaning of the entire machine. It was even returned to me with a new belt and bag. No hidden costs. No upselling. Just honest service at a fair price. Thank You.

I brought my 1994 Kirby for a complete overhaul back about 7 years ago. To clean it up and repair. i honestly feel i paid for zero work done. i felt ripped off. when i got it home and turned it on, it still had the vibration and high pitched whine as before. i don't even think they turned it on! i paid 125 for this service. beware of this company division. Kirby vacuums are great as you can see by the longevity of mine but an overhaul is just a waste of money.
