My first encounter w/ Modern was December 29th 2020. I initially came in to have my car fixed. In short it became more of headache as communication was terrible. I was told multiple different things and trying to get in contact with someone was outrageous. FINALLY Monday, January 18th 2021 I spoke with with someone in the service department I believe his name was Tony and I explained all the trouble I had been going through. After listening to my concerns he got me over to a sales rep to purchase a new car instead of trying to put a whole bunch of money into a car that probably was not going to last me much longer. This was a plus for me as I was not being cheated out of money but instead someone was taking the time to help me! From here on out I had a wonderful experience. The service advisor got me in with a sales advisor who was nothing but amazing. I was stressed out during the whole ordeal just because of my previous encounters and ( Tre Quick) kept me calm and was very reassuring during the whole process and got me a beautiful reliable car. He went above and beyond and did what he could to make sure I was leaving with a brand new car that would be safe for my toddler and myself. I really appreciate the care I was provided and I cant thank you guys enough! I feel like I'm riding in luxury! Again thank you for being so caring and making sure I got the best deal !

If you have been to the rest...forget them and go to the best! Richard Tillman was a genuine pleasure to work with. Mr. Tillman gave zero pressure during the sale and listened when my wife and I told him what we were looking for. He made the sale quick and easy and was considerate. We had done research on the vehicle we were looking for prior and wanted to trade in a vehicle. The sales manager gave a fair offer on our trade and Mr. Nastase in the finance department put the entire deal into motion. I would like to thank the Modern Hyundai team as a whole for making this experience literally the best vehicle buying experience ever. Mr. Tillman has earned our business for life. Even though Hyundai Concord was well over an hour from my I chose to purchase my vehicle there because they were the only dealership I could find online in my state that had the vehicle I was looking for. They phone contact was quick, friendly, and personable. The staff on-site were friendly, respectful, and helpful. All in all, it was a really good experience, and car buying isn't always how you choose to spend an evening. This worked out very well for me

I really loved the customer service. Richard Tillman-my salesman, was great. He worked with me to put my family and I in a vehicle that fit us perfectly. He went above and beyond to provide the best customer service. Anana-the sales manager, he went the extra mile to get everything approved to my satisfaction and affordability. Even Paul-the finance manager, thoroughly explained the whole finance process and provided us with gap insurance. This was the easiest car buying experience I ever had. They were very upfront and honest and didn't keep us all day. I would definitely recommended Modern Hyundai to anyone who looking to buy a vehicle. They really provide exceptional service, even calling the next day to follow up with me.
