I thought I was going to lose my mind when I started this project. My first contractor bailed on me and I already did the demo on my kitchen. I called Pacific Stone and they were able to get my countertops installed and my kitchen back to normal in what seemed like seriously a blink of the eye. My kitchen is gorgeous and I am going to hire them to do my bathroom next. 5 stars all the way from the first phone call to job completion. Excellent company. Recommend 100%

I had no idea where to begin when I wanted to get new kitchen countertops. I called pacific stone and they gave me all the info I needed. They had a huge inventory of every kind of stone and material you could think of to choose from. They let me know the pros and cons of each one and helped me find something that was within my price range. From start to finish my project was completed in under 4 weeks. The end result was stunning. My house was completely transformed. My kitchen and bathrooms look amazing. The guys who came to the house were polite and they cleaned the place up- better than it was before they got there. I'm going to have them do my fireplace next. They are really good at what they do. The Pacific Stone organization is outstanding and their work is flawless. They have installed high end stone in our bathrooms and kitchen. Faby has been a great advisor and provided great suggestions with the selection of the stone and the final lay out.
Very unprofessional folks! left the work incomplete and messy and don't want to take the ownership of correcting it. BIG MISTAKE
We had a previous positive experience with Pacific Stone. This time, it's been sadly the opposite. Here's why I am so disappointed: 1) A simply job cutting a vanity that they said would take a few weeks took six. 2) Multiple missed appointments and no communications, or a last minute e-mail (after we'd taken off work to be there) 3) After waiting six weeks, they lost the slab. The day before they were to install, they called asking what color it was because they couldn't find it. 4) After all of that, they cut it wrong. 5) A week and a half ago, when we sent them pictures of the holes they said they would fix it. They haven't contacted us or responded to e-mails since. 6) Multiple polite voice mails and e-mails to the owners have remained unanswered. If you do go with them, consider yourself forewarned!
