Very dissatisfied not with the spa but with the Covana telescopic cover. Works great but the seals on the front have come off and I have repeatedly contacted Paradise service and final the sales men that sold us this unit and they would not even come out to see the problem. We had had the unit for six months (purchased and installed one year ago) and the seal started to come off in the front. I have had to use double sided tape to repair. It is now one year old and still no response from Paradise except to say “will get back to you”. What a laugh .

I bought a Sundance spa almost 28 years ago. It's still in fabulous condition. It's proven to be a bargain over time because of its superior quality. I have had a few service calls over the year and I am always pleased with the quick response time and the knowledgeable staff especially Justin. He has me back to marinating in my spa in no time!

UPDATE: After a few back and forth calls, they have ensured that we would be receiving the spa very soon and have made extra efforts to collect it from the other delivery person who was not able to deliver, and provided a new delivery date. They have been very understanding of customer frustration and have made steps to immediately rectify the situation which is appreciated! PREVIOUS: We ordered the spa 3 months ago. They took the deposit and said it would be delivered in about one month time. Then Covid happened and they said it would be delivered after lockdown ends, fair enough. We phoned again recently and they now say they starting to deliver again but our spa is with someone else who does the delivery for them who is not delivering and there’s nothing they can do. So they’re now holding onto thousands of dollars of deposit and not delivering the spa, the type of response we get from them has been very fuzzy and non committal, very disappointing. I can only pray they deliver it soon or I’ll try get a refund, this has not been a great retail experience.

Top knotch service, great selection of Jacuzzi tubs and more. Great financing got me the hot tub (Jacuzzi) of my dreams. My wife and I couldn't be happier. Having a Jacuzzi has totally helped our skin and it's so relaxing after a long day a work. It just makes you feel better. They service the hot tub every month so there's nothing for us to do but enjoy. Best purchase since I bought my Harley! Five stars, highly recommend!
