I honestly don’t even wanna do one star but anyways this store at concord mills double charged me and when I went to get a refund they didn’t even refund me back one item that they had double charged me for. So be careful if you decide to go to this place I say don’t but it’s up to you.

These guys have some awesome sauces and the descriptions are very accurate. Had one bottle on my first order that was incorrect because a label was stuck over another, I called and they fixed the issue immediately and sent me the correct bottle and on the plus side I got to try another sauce which I ended up loving anyway. I also received a follow up call by a manage who took the time to call. Great service and products. I am now a life time customer.

Friendly staff. Great selection. Thankful they have soda available too, since some of their samples are very hot. Worth checking out.

Encountered a really rude employee here last week. I go to pepper palace any time I go to the beach or the mountains but he ruined my experience. I WILL NOT be returning to this location. Avoid Alex by any cost! He made me feel like I was a nuisance. As a retail business owner I know you treat people with respect. Beware of double dippers too this location was gross. Great sauces and selection though.
