You came out and installed my solar panels in December for some reason they didn't come online until March now after they are online I'm only producing about 10%, which is nowhere near what I was told at 35%. Now looking at my drawing how my panels were supposed to be put on and then they changed them when they got here. I have called the company numerous times and each time I get the same running around someone from another department will be getting back in touch with me. That has not happen. Now that my power bill has not came down I also have a solar payment.Somebody from your company needs to resolve this issue or come back remove the panels and repair my roof. I will also be calling the finance company and the better business bureau
The install went smooth and the crew was respectful and courteous. Team cleaned up from themselves. Everything that was to be given was there except for the water heater blanket. We were told they would mail it to us ( will be waiting). The only issue was that the inspector never showed up like we were told when we scheduled our install. Then we were told it could take 14 days or longer before inspected. The issue here is duke energy can not put in our new box or switch on the panels until inspected. And now the loan are calling and im not paying a penny until its actually up and running.
Had my solar installed in September and their device levels are awesome.
