BEST SERVICE EVER! Sonny's is definitely the place to go for any and all your camper/RV needs! This was our second camper/RV purchase and one of many dealerships we visited. That being said, we've dealt with our fair share of pushy sales people and overpriced campers. But at Sonny's, everyone is so kind and helpful! And we most certainly got the best deals with them as well! Our sales person was Tom Moyer and I cannot say enough good things about him! He is kind, knowledgeable, patient and honest! Finding Sonny's RV was a true answer to prayer! We will forever go to Sonny's for all our RV/camper needs!

We really enjoyed our purchase experience at Sonny's RV. We ordered and did everything over the phone and only showed up for pickup which they were very flexible scheduling, rescheduling for us and executed it on time. The walk-through was thorough and informative. Our RV was in great condition, full or propane and ready to roll. The backup camera we asked for was installed and working great. The paperwork process with Anthony was quick and painless and there was no HARD SELL for add-on warranties or extras which was very surprising compared to what we were warned about. Since buying we have found just a few minor issues they would have never seen and they have already ordered new parts for us and we are scheduling for repairs. Can't comment on the service center yet, but if it is a good as the rest of Sonny's then I would say they definitely earned this 5-star rating.

Everyone was very helpful. So much better than the other guy in town! They were very accommodating even when we called and asked if we could pick up ahead of schedule. Willing to negotiate some which others were not. Randy is a great, relatable guy who stayed past close to show us our trailer. They spent about 3 hours will us when we picked up. The majority of the time was spent showing us how everything works top to bottom. Finance beat the rate we got from anywhere else and made the process very easy. Would return to buy another camper in the future. Don’t waste your time with those other guys!
