They lost my wife's package and refuse to pay her. It has been over 9 months that we had to wait for a response. After waiting so long they said sorry your package made it inside the country so it isn't their problem. I don't think that is ok. My wife has sent many packages and has purchased airline tickets through them and no consideration to come to a agreement. So my wife spent 35 dollars to insure and send the package, the contents were worth around 100 dollars, and now she has to pay that 100 to the intended recipient of the package.
I have sent all my packages through Concord Travel and they always arrive on time. It is affordable and fast shipping. Now I live in PA and I still go to Passaic to send my packages through Concord travel. Keep the good work guys!.
Good and prompt services, I have used them in the past and continue doing so, I highly recomend concord travel.
