Parish is welcoming. Clean, uncluttered hallways and common room. There is a community cable broadcast of the service and diverse topics afterward in several meeting rooms. Infant care available and older children meet during the service and follow up with classroom instruction/discussion on the topic started with the adults in the main service. Handicapped accessible, gender-neutral bathrooms, off-street parking, outdoor activities, parishners active in the community.

I find the congregation here to be extremely welcoming regardless of what your background is or how you identify. Michael, the pastor, is very nice and likes to get to know you on a personal level so you feel welcome. There are plenty of different programs that go on continuously to appeal to almost anyone regardless of their personal spiritual beliefs. I would go there more often but it's just too far of a drive for me.

A marvelous place of worship. Welcoming congregation with a multitude of activities and ministries to engage in. I wish all churches were like this one. The world would be better for it!

The Unitarian Universalist Church of Concord is a Welcoming Congregation that celebrates diversity as a strength. The congregation is very active in the community, particularly in working with refugees and the issue of homelessness. The music program is outstanding and worship is thought-provoking and beautiful. If you are looking for a liberal religious community where you can ask questions and deepen your spirituality with others, try this church!
