Can someone please help me get my money back? It’s been 4 weeks and I haven’t received any email saying my 140 dollar order was even shipped, I’ve sent 3 emails getting more aggravated each time. Where is my order? I cannot stress enough how horrible this customer service is. Ugh.

THANK YOU, PAYPAL! I waited and waited for my order. Next, I emailed with a polite inquiry. Next, I TRACKED DOWN the company phone number and left messages. THEN I asked PayPal to get involved and it it was ONLY then that I received a refund. And of course I’m inconvenienced with still having to find a replacement girth, so many weeks later. Why doesn’t VICTORY CANTER answer the phone like a responsible company? Why can’t VICTORY CANTER simply say, “We’re sorry but we’re unable to fulfill your order. Let’s refund your your money.”? Ignoring customers is certainly one of the worst ways to run a business. Don’t mistake this for a case ‘RESOLVED’. It’s NEGLIGENCE.

Ordered the Ovation sheepskin saddle pad and although it was backoredered from the manufacturer Victory Canter made a special effort to get it to me in a timely manner. Quality material and Quality company. Thank you.

Very unlikely that I would ever order again from Victory Canter. The bad: ordered twice and both orders took 2 weeks to arrive. Both times i had to email to ask about my order as they do not provide tracking or shipment info. I feel this must be someone's side business. They must not monitor online orders and probably didnt even know my order was in queue until I sent an email over a week later to ask them about it. (They provide no phone contact, only email correspondence). The good: although the only way to reach "customer service" is by email, all of my emails have been answered very quickly (in less than 1 day- sometimes within hours) and they are very pleasant. Also, there are sometimes good coupon codes.

I purchased two cob sized Micklem bridles from Victory Canter on October 4, 2018, one in black and one in dark havana. Each bridle cost 209 with a coupon for 62.70 off, for a total purchase price of 355.30 (which was 177.65 for each bridle). I did receive the black one finally on November 28, 2018 and the seller gave me a refund of 35.53 (10% off my order) on November 19 because of the delay, which was kind of them to offer. HOWEVER, I have not yet received the dark havana/brown bridle at all and the seller has not responded to messages over the past week. I want a full refund of 177.65 for the missing bridle. I have a copy of the invoice that I am happy to share. Thank you.
