Car wash was ineffective. I thought it was broken so went inside and requested a refund. Man behind counter told me I need to wipe the whole car down after the car wash in order to clean it. Why pay for an “automatic” car wash if you have to wipe it down yourself to clean it? My refund request was denied and the employee was unprofessional and rude. Disappointing.

Car wash does not work correctly, no soap or “triple foam”, went inside to notify them and was told the owner would take car of me when he comes in. Should have just given me my money back right then.

I drove out of my way to use the getupside app to save on gas. This gas station did not provide data to getupside regarding my visit. I did not get the savings that I should have. I drove out of my way to be overcharged on gas. Rude.

Clean establishment. But today for some reason today the Manager or Owner was extremely nasty /rude to me. I’ve been going to this station for months now. Randomly today the guy ask for Id, which isn’t a big deal. Then I noticed the manager. I asked him to tell the attendant I’m good to go. Since he knows me and usually rings me up. Instead he told me I better have my ID every time, with a rude demeanor. Then proceeded to tell me I don’t need to come to the store? Totally shocked I couldn’t believe it. That he would address a paying customer like that.To me customer service is very important. They need a lot of help in that department. They rarely say hello and never give you a bag unless you ask. “Cheap Skates” . Ill start taking my business elsewhere now.
