I'm met owner Keith on a bike path and he told me to have lunch on him. It was very good and I would highly recommend. I had the Harmony bowl and it was a good sized portion. Keith and the people that work here are extremely nice and care about good quality ingredients as well as good flavor. Apparently, Keith is also a meditation teacher and has a YouTube channel called Prana Activate. Thanks Keith!!
Yum!! We stopped by today while on the road. I had the antipasto sandwich (bread on the side, on some greens instead) and husband had the chicken harmony bowl with peanut sauce. Both were DELICIOUS! Highly recommend this place for a healthy to-go food option.

Great vegan and gluten free options that are super tasty and amazing meat options that are always great quality. I love that I can eat here when I'm on the Whole30 plan! I'm always excited to see what the dinner special is. Kombucha on tap and smoothies and pizzas and take home items and it just keeps going. Amazing food all around and very friendly and passionate staff.
