I stumbled upon Wawak while watching a sewing tutorial on YouTube. This store has been such an amazing discovery! They have an extremely good selection of products for those interested in general sewing, dressmaking, tailoring and/or anyone in the fashion industry. Ordering is simple, dispatch of items is quite rapid and prices can't be beat, for most items! 10/10 online ordering/delivery experience. I needed some zippers and thread to fix a couch cushion and Wawak blew me away. Their website was easy to navigate and the selection was amazing. Found what I needed right away. Check-out was simple, fast and intuitive. Pricing was excellent and shipping cost was surprisingly good (I live in Canada). Excellent communication about tracking and delivery. My supplies arrived in the expected timeframe and in perfect condition. Even got a nice thank-you card with the company history and values, along with super-simple return instructions (in English and French, because Canada).
