It's a great location in downtown Bradenton, it's also \downtown\ Bradenton, which means it's pretty isolated and confined to Bradenton. I live closer to University Pkwy and this is not convenient. But that being said, the space is cool, eclectic and flexible for your needs, give them a shot if downtown is your target area.
Great place for a small business person to work even if it's just for a day to get away from the home office.. Very professional atmosphere.
