These guys cold called to get a meeting to \assess our needs and existing equipment\ and see if they could \do better\ for us. I reluctantly made time on my calendar - give them the time to propose... They came and gave a reasonable quote that I was seriously considering - I responded back for a little more clarification but never heard back from them, even after multiple attempts to connect. I would not recommend giving Connected Office Technologies your time, they are unprofessional. I will happily stay with Transco Business Technologies for our copier and printer needs.
