My experience is great, your get hours without a doubt then at time you wont. There's no benefits, and The pay only 12 and some live in cases 130 a day. They protect the clients more than you. If a client complains ,your taking off the case and assign you to another. They dont ask you what happen ,Therye quotes "We have to believe the client". Were the protection for the caregivers? Remember if you have a license and the clients lies on you, your license is at risk.
