Ballard just installed 3 carriage house doors on my detached metal garage and did a wonderful job. When getting quotes, Craig of Ballard is the only one who took time to actually come look at my job and bring samples. All other companies wanted to do it over the phone. My job was a bit specialized due to roof angle, metal garage etc so I liked that he came and saw for himself what would be needed. Great office staff as well. The next time I need sales or service I won't call anyone else. Go with them, you won't be disappointed.

Called on day door broke-they came to take a look that day. Were back onsite at 8 am the following day. Both of the guys were friendly, completed the job quickly and door works great! Five Stars
