Sarah, Bob, Luis, and Javier are outstanding! Very friendly, knowledgeable and darling! Great place to go check out campers whether you buy one or not! Add Cameron, Andy, Luis, Bob, and two other Service Wizards that played MacGyver on my truck. I finally got on the road with MY FIRST TRAILER!

This is the best dealership in Texas. Every employee is genuinely nice and they want to help you whether its service, parts or sales. They are informative and if someone your working with doesn't know the answer another person there does and they will find them and they will help you. The new girl helped me find my perfect camper and she got me a GREAT deal and hooked me up with all sorts of add-ons! My walk through was great and very thorough, she answered all my questions. It was the best experience I've ever had and I'm glad to know they have my back in the future regarding service, parts or even upgrading to a new unit in a few years. Will be back. Everyone who leaves a bad review is cranky, doesn't know what they're talking about and probably all around rude as a person. The people at Camperland are easy to work with.

If I could give this place 0 stars I most definitely would! My husband and I where RV shopping and we had the unfortunate opportunity to be \assisted\ by Rod. After him showing us a couple travel trailers we went back to his office where he gave us a pamphlet of the different layouts they had but unfortunately the lay out we wanted sold the day before, I was not content with what was on the floor to buy and as I was looking over the pamphlet he kept repeating \what are you looking at? I already showed you what I had on the floor what else are you looking at? I already told you that we sold the last one yesterday.\ He made me feel very uncomfortable and was really pushing us to just pick one of the RVs he had already shown us. I even asked him about prices and again he said \why? We don't have it I already told you.\ But I asked because I was going to see when the next next time they would be restocked as I was set to pick a certain layout needless to say he made us feel like we were waisting his time so we decided to leave and buy our new rv elsewhere. Very disappointed in the hospitality here and I'm very happy we did our business elsewhere.

We drove from California to Conroe Texas to pick up our new RV and im glad we did. These gentlemen helped me through every aspect and I mean it. Bob handled EVERYTHING and every question quickly (i had more questions every day and he didn't bat an eye getting back to me with answers) even assisted with driving routes. His numbers were to the penny. Josh in finance gave no \hard sales techniques\ actually more tips and was very informative through the paperwork and optional warranty (which is the best you can get by the way). Cameron was extremely thorough during the walk through, and I had a LOT of questions and 0 experience. This dealership and everyone who was involved never skipped a beat. My experience from initial inquiry to hooking up and driving away was nothing short of stellar. They take excellent care of you at Camperland in Conroe. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase or more pleased with the courtesy and consideration they provided. You just don't get that everywhere, certainly not in California. Thank you so much.

UPDATE: Its been over 5 months since we bought the RV. We keep calling asking for your license plates and NO ONE responds. When we get someone on the phone, they always say they will get back to us BUT again its been 5 months of chasing them down to no avail. Horrible. We recently bought an RV here and the whole experience was great! We found a light weight Travel trailer at such a good/ affordable price. The staff is so friendly and very patient. I recommend speaking to Rod. He was very helpful throughout the process. We live in Austin and this was our 1st time buying a travel trailer. We had lots of questions and they answered everyone of them.
