Very quite looking neighborhood. The owner is very kind & informative to the newbies desiring to purchase & move a mobile home. He has high standards for the tenants. Only 2 cars per lot. No pets 0ver 30lbs. Background checks on tenants. Seems like a really nice park sadly are beloved dog was over the allowed weight . Now we are having to look at other options. But I know our Heavenly Father will provide as He knows all & my situation. I have no fear

I’ve lived here for almost five years. It’s nice,quiet well kept and affordable. The owner makes sure the place is safe for his residents. Out of all the parks I looked at before moving to this one I’m glad I chose this one! If you’re looking for a well kept quiet place to move your home this is the place!

Love this place, very clean I have lived here for 20 years, and took over my mothers Mobile Home. Mom stared living here in 1990. Manager very friendly. Owners keeps the safety of the park, and makes sure trees are trimmed and safe. 4 years ago i replaced my mothers old mobile with a brand new house. I did not hesitate putting the new one in the same spot! VERY kid friendly, with a speed limit of 10 MPH. You will enjoy your neighbors.

Its a clean and quiet mobile home park. There are rules to follow like no parking in the street after 10 pm, no speeding, keep your lot clean, and pay on time, nothing too outrageous that it becomes unreasonable. Nicer than the other options around Conroe.

I would like to leave a review on this property. As a mobile home park community I must say that Holly Ridge Estates in Conroe, Texas is a step above the rest. The management is excellent in maintaining a quality, clean, friendly environment for its residents. Quality property guidelines serve to ensure a nice property for all to enjoy. My parents have enjoyed living here for 33 years. They have had great neighbors and a safe environment in which to live and thats important. I give Holly Ridge Estates, Conroe Texas a five star rating for quality management and a family friendly living environment. ***** Debbie Soliz
