It was a great experience!! The staff on the serving line were funny, attentive and gracious. The cashier was also funny and very personable. We truly appreciated the levity after a long day of work.

My wife and I dined here today. The food was fresh, hot and really good! My wife had the liver and onion plate and I had the fish and seafood patty. The only reason why I'm giving them three stars is because we were told our waitress would be coming by our table she did.... She walked right pass us three times not acknowledge us. I watched her take care of other tables with people were not of color and was very friendly with them. I didn't get her name but terrible service like this is unnecessary and disgraceful. I hope the management sees this review and makes the necessary corrections with their staff. Again, the food was excellent, the restaurant was clean and the initial servers were pleasant and courteous. But that waitress staff was horrible .
Excellent...all the way around. I had lunch with my mom & daddy. My daddy had chicken fried steak w/okra & mashed potatoes along w/coffee...he said the 2nd cup was even better. Mom & I had liver & onions which was great...their corn dressing was very flavor some as well. The tea was great...not watered down like some places! We didnt get dessert today!! We were glad they were open!

I do not recommend this location for breakfast or brunch. We wound up leaving the food on the table and going to an adjacent restaurant to have a better family meal experience. We arrived at this location around 10:00 a.m. to try the breakfast as a result of staying at the nearby resort. There was not much of a selection when we arrived and a lot of the food appeared to be dry and overcooked. most of my family indicated that their eggs were lukewarm if not cold. The beans were dried around the edges and look it looked crusted. The meat selections were less than enticing and down right dried up as far as a turkey sausage or what they called turkey sausage. The pancakes were a little hard and the Belgian waffle was dry and rubbery. That kind of let me know and understand why they offered the liquid syrup and the liquid butter over top of it to ensure that it was edible. The server that was helping us at the table was doing as best she could with what she had to work with. this was a sorry excuse for this franchise to offer for breakfast I would not recommend this restaurant location for breakfast or brunch.
