I went to Ardmore Tire Inc. due to the large number of positive reviews. I was not disappointed. I had a flat fire and walked in without an appointment, they were busy because of their reliability and good work, but they managed to fit me in and get me squared away quickly. Pricing was very fair and I would highly recommend them. I myself will definitely use them again.

I called because I live in Philly and have a large tire I needed mounted and balanced. Lady on the phone was rude but said they could do it. 40 minute drive later, and I arrived. Finally someone who can help me. The lady I had to interact with was super rude. I assume it was the same one since there is only one lady in the office, but can't be for sure. She told me to put the tire on the curb outside so I did. I ask about how long. She says 20 minutes. I came back in because I forgot to mention that I needed the old tire back to return to the store for warranty coverage. I go back in to tell her and stand at the counter. She is ignoring me but I assume she is working on something else. I stood there for 3 minutes (literally, I timed it after waiting about a minute) and then finally said \mam\ to get her attention. She looked at me annoyed and just started at me. I told her that I needed the tire back and she said \okay\ and just walked away. Super cold and rude. I get having a bad morning, but when you are the face of the business you need to be on your A Game. It doesn't take a ton of effort to ensure the customer is treated with friendliness or at least not rudeness. On the wall is this amazing poster about attitude. See my picture. I called the owner and let him know since it appears to be something he is highly concerned about. He seemed responsive but a tad dismissive about it. Maybe it is his wife and they were fighting or who knows. Regardless, I love this picture and hope they get back to this type of service. I will reply more, on my way to get the tire now and see how they did and cost. Just picked it up...Different guy popped up immediately to help me...Super nice and helpful...26.50 to mount and balance my tire...Friendly service, priceless! Will recommend. Avoid the unhappy woman or try to cheer her up, but do NOT judge this business by one person's bad attitude...The core is solid!
I stopped in with a bad spare I thought couldn't be fixed and was prepared to have to spend some money on a new tire just to have a functional spare, but they were able to patch it. They were busy but service was very quick and very professional. Not much mask wearing by anyone, but they let me drive the car in/out of the bay, so no one had to get in the car and I am fine with that! I am glad to have a spare tire again, hopefully not to need it!
Had a trailer, during snow storm clean up, get a flat.. drove in, then out in less than 30 minutes. Nice people in office and repair guys. The only place for our fleet's needs.
