Replacing my single pane windows with double pane right now and it is going very nicely. The workers are very courteous and appear to be doing quality work. So far very happy. Thank you very much!

I love my sunroom but this franchise organization is the worlds worst. Ordered the sunroom 11 months before the sunroom was finally finished. The staff at the company are horrible to deal with and the company CEO Rick is the most obnoxious person. They flooded my basement because they took apart my gutter down spots and redirected into my house right before a rain storm. They refused to fix or pay any damages. Had to hire an attorney to push them to finally finish my sunroom. The contract does stipulate that they are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages to my home. I would never ever deal with this franchise again. But the sunroom which is my second better living sunroom is great. The corporate people in Allentown say that they are not responsible for what the franchise does when it installs the sunroom. So, the customer really has no recourse. Also still waiting after many attempts to get my final warranty packet. I guess it is time to call the lawyer again.
This was by far the worst salesperson we experienced In shopping for a three season room. Took well over 2 hours to give presentation but at the end the quote was very high, without giving us the items we wanted and expecting us to remove and do additional work to prep the project. We’re not told of incentives and we’re told by the salesman we should have asked him about them , After we basically went off on the salesman, he left salesman left without leaving a formal quote. Not the type of company I want to give my business, and money to. We have received additional quotes from far better companies, and will make this purchase with one of those-
This was the first company we called to get an estimate from. The first red flag was when they answered the phone and almost seemed asleep when we were talking to them. We ended up making an appointment anyway. My husband agreed to a time and noted that I may not be able to be there, they immediately wanted to cancel the appointment (second flag). My husband persisted and they agreed to the time and date. On the appointment day they called to cancel stating the rep had car trouble (3rd flag) The sales rep arrived on the next scheduled appointment day for what we though was a hour long appointment. It was over three. To sum it up in my opinion it was like playing a shell game, with a strong push for us to use their in-house financing of which he could not give a current finance rate for. At one point the rep asked what we thought this room would cost us, I told him I thought around 35000. What price would we pay depended on what room and what rebates we were eligible for. The rebates essentially knocked 10,000 off the price of the room. But only if we signed right then and there. Once he left our home those rebates no longer applied. The rebates also brought the price within 1,000 of my price of 35000 that I said when he questioned me (I wonder if I said 25,000 would we have gotten to that price with the rebates?). Honesty is always the best policy. If when making this appointment they said we need both of you there because we can offer you some great discounts if you sign a contract before we leave your house, that would have been different. Knowing that we would have entered the meeting with financing or loan arranged or at least known what our options could be. Instead we left this meeting feeling that we wasted over 3 hours of our night with a company that could have been much more straight forward and honest.
Slow but steady. Great work. Courteous.
