I just purchased my K5 GT Line AWD from Murray Kia and it was such a great experience! Roger was so easy to communicate with and was able to work out my deal without even being in the dealership. Russell was the finance guy I dealt with, he was also awesome and went through everything step by step. Before I left the dealership, Alex went over all of the features on my car and helped me get everything set up. Everyone was so knowledgeable and friendly and made this car buying experience so easy! I had such a great experience here and I love my new car! The employees here were extremely professional. Our salesman Bell was super helpful and assisted us with any information we needed! The entire process went smoothly and I also got a detailed demonstration on all of awesome features of the car by Alex who was able to answer all of my questions! Definitely impressed with the experience and I am so happy I got my car here! Thank you guys!
I came in today with an emergency and the service staff went above and beyond to help me. This is by far the best service center I have ever dealt with before....... and I don’t even own a Kia. Ivy was wonderful and deserves some kind of customer service award. She’s a gem.
Very nice dealer. Good selection and very upfront on pricing. My sales guy was great--again up front with all aspects of the sale. While at the dealership, I watched a few people purchase cars and all seemed happy. I had a great experience with them.
